Our intend plan of trip as follows: arrive Kansai Intl airport on 15/11 and might stay at Hemiji area , 17/11 go to Kyoto for 3 nights include Nara, Arashiyama.. on 20/11 to Univeral studio. from 21/11 till 24/11 will explore Osaka interesting places. Please advise is it worth to get JR pass ?

Hi there!
All your travel is not so far apart and travel within the Kansai Area (where Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Himeji are located) is not that expansive. So the JR Pass may not be that helpful for you.
What you could look into is the Kansai Area Pass this would certainly help save money with your travel to Himeji and you can add additional days (up to 4) as you see fit.
