Hi. I have a question. I will be going to Japan for the first time. For my Itinery, is it worth it to buy a 7day JR pass?

Day 1: Tokyo to Osaka
Day 2: USJ
Day 3: Nara Park
Day 4: Osaka to Kyoto
Day 5-6: Kyoto
Day 7: Kyoto to Odawara

What is the breakdown for the cost for train without Japan Rail Pass. And on which trip can i use the Japan Rail Pass.
