Which pass is best

Hello there,

I'd advise a 7 day JR Pass for your itinerary, Green or Ordinary. The pass itself is almost the same price as a normal return ticket Tokyo - Kyoto using the Shinkansen and you can make some nice savings by visiting Kobe, Yokohama and Osaka. The JR Pass does include the bullet train, some train types (the Nozomi and Mizuho services) are not included but you can take any other.
