What Pass is Appropriate

Good day,

We will be on vacation from late September to the second week of October 2025. Our itinerary includes spending one week in Osaka and one week in Tokyo.

While in Osaka, we plan to visit surrounding cities such as Kyoto and Nara, and we also intend to travel to Hiroshima via the Shinkansen line. After spending a week in Osaka, we plan to stop at Mt. Fuji on our way to Tokyo. Subsequently, we will proceed to Tokyo, where we will explore the city.

Could you please advise us on the most suitable pass for our travels? Additionally, can IC cards be used for metro or local transportation in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Tokyo?
