The Japan Rail Pass I ordered has an issue date of June 5, but my trip to Japan has been re-scheduled to late September. Is it possible to exchange my pass for one with a later issue date?

Hi there,
A JR Pass can be exchanged up to 3 months after issue date. If this is later, please contact our support team via [email protected] and we'll be happy to get you a newer pass. Please note that a re-issue fee may apply.
