hi, i from Malaysia, i just bought over 2 JR pass via online. But I am worry i cannot get my JR pass on time before i leaving. i need to get the JR pass latest by this Friday in Malaysia.
Can i request to send it directly to my hotel in Japan>

I believe that there's enough time for your passes to arrive in Malaysia. Our shipping is really fast and you should get your passes in 2 days working days (on Tuesday if you ordered today).
