Reserving seats with Green Car Pass

Hello there,

Yes - Green Seats are by reservations only. This means that you will have to make seat reservations in advance.

Here is more on how to make seat reservations.

I little advice, when getting to tickets, be sure that they are for Green Seats. By far most people travel using a normal JR Pass and sometimes the staff by miss the Green Sign on the Pass.

Hope this helps,
Daniel

Thank you, Daniel!
This answer was very helpful. Now we know how to do.
We consider to buy Green Pass, because we are quite old
and want to travel as comfortable as possible.
