Konnichiwa mina san! If anyone is aware, please let me know how to reserve seat using a JR Pass for Shinkansens like Hayabusa from Tokyo to Shin-Hakodate & is the fare for seat reservation also included in the JR PASS?
Will be travelling to Japan in October,2023.. yaay!!
