I recently purchased a pass, and I will be soon leaving the United States, to travel to another country. I saw on the website the pass will be sent within one business day, but how long does it usually take to deliver? I haven't got the tracking number in my email. Or receiving any notification from the JRpass team. I sent out 2 emails about this, but didn't get any reply. My departure date is June 5th, so I'm in a hurry.
