Hello there,
Yes Narita Airport operates 365 days a year (or 366 if its a leap year).
This includes money and JR Pass exchanges offices.

Is the a valid jr pass Tokyo-Aomori Shinkansen HAYABUSA?

Hi there,
Yes the Hayabusa is covered by the JR Pass and one of the most amazing Shinkansen in Japan.
(I know a lost about trains but not much about viewing the emperor)
