Hi!
I was looking at the popular questions and there was one about the Narita express suspended. Is that accurate?

Also, I saw where I can get a 1500 yen ticket with the Narita express - but my plane is suppose to arrive at 8 pm. Will an office be open for me to buy a ticket? Can I buy one on your website now instead of wait until he airport?

I am going to buy 3 rail passes, but my sons some a week later, so I will activate mine when they arrive and we will travel for a week. I will be at a conference and not using the train until I meet them.

Hi Anne,

The 1,500yen Narita Express ticket is only purchasable at Narita Airport. The ticket office is open until 21:45 which should give you enough time to buy one.

I am not sure what post you where reading but the Narita Express is 100% up and running!

On your filter questions - I opened "popular questions" and put in Narita - it is the first question that comes up.
You might want to delete it.

But thank you very much!

If my plan comes in late - and I missed the office, can I still get on the Narita Express and pay onboard?

Hi there,

There are also ticket machines available and you can also buy tickets there. Note that the last Narita Express with also depart at 21:44, so you would have to use local trains or a bus instead to travel to Tokyo, after this hour.

My advice would be to make a sprint after landing and be the first at the immigration queue, this can save you 20min!
