Hi Again,
I assume you mean from Tokyo to Mt Fuji?
You can use the JRPass for part of the way to Fuji.
From Tokyo you can take the train to Otsuki and transfer there to the Fujikyu Railway Line to the Fuji Area.
The Fujikyu Railway Line is a private railway and unfortunately not covered by the JR-Pass.
