I am about to travel to Japan (leave in three days time). I want to order a JR pass before I leave the UK for Japan. If I don’t receive the original voucher in the mail before I leave the UK will I be able to use the email confirmation by itself to pick up the JR pass when I arrive in Japan ? Kind regards Mark

No, unfortunately you wouldn't - if you are still interested in purchasing a JR Pass there may be a possibility we can send the exchange order directly to your accommodation in Japan. If this option interests you, please contact our support team at [email protected] to see if this is possible.
