I am currently in Japan right now and just realized that I had left my JR Pass Exchange Vouchers back in my country. Is there a guantantee to get a refund for my JR Pass Exchange Vouchers while I get a new set online? Please let me know when I can receive my refund. Thanks a lot for helping.
