My wife and I are currently in Japan. We purchased a 21 day pass. It ends on March 26, but we will be here in Japan until April 24. Is it possible to get another pass? We would like to travel to Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto and maybe other cities. 21 days is too short to live in Japan. My wife's family is Yamafuji, and she has relatives in Western Japan.

Yes, you can purchase another pass, but we'd have to mail this to your accommodation in Japan. My suggestion would be to contact our support team at [email protected] and explain the situation to them, to see if we are in fact able to mail it to you. Please do this as soon as possible.
