You can use the JR Pass to Disneyland, the station is named Maihama station. Asakusa does not have many JR stops other than one called Asakusabashi but this is quite far from the main part of Asakusa.

All your travel to Osaka-Kyoto-Kobe-Nara is covered by the JR Pass.

Hi Daniel,

I will leave from Narita International Airport to Disneyland and leaving from Disneyland to Hatchobori on the following day. Please advise if JR pass will cover this journey.

Secondly, I will be staying in Hatchabori area and I wish to travel to Shibuya. Is it covered by JR pass?

I see some lines in Tokyo don't start with JR logo such as Ginza line, Hanmonzo line, Yanomoto line. Are those line under JR or other companies?

1.) 1 and 2 are covered.

If you want to be sure about a JR line, recommend quickly Googling it. The Ginza and Hanmozo line are both Tokyo Metro lines but the Yamanote line is one of the key JR lines in Tokyo.
