If my JR pass is lost, can I issue a new one?
If I can't issue a new one, can I buy a new JR pass in Japan?

Hi there!
A JRPass can't be re-issued if it is stolen or lost, so please keep it save at all times.
The JR Pass can only be purchased abroad but you can ask someone to buy it for you and send it to you in Japan.
