Hello there,
For this itinerary I'd stick to normal tickets are Osaka - Kyoto and Kobe are closely located and there's not really a pass that would help you make savings. Kyoto - Osaka is ¥ 560 and Kyoto - Kobe ¥ 1,080. Kobe - Osaka is ¥ 410. You can find ticket prices yourself using www.hyperdia.com

If you're spending that much time in the area, then visiting Himeji would be a great day trip and there are passes to make it more economical. Look through some of them and see if they might help:
