How long can I wait to activate JR Pass?

Hi ,i am wondering the length of validity of the JRPASS. Eg if purchased now, is it still valid at todays price &
current in say, oct/nov 2013. We thank you in advance,as we have used your excellent service befor.

Hi there,

The JR Pass must be activated within 90 days of the date of issue. This means that if you wish to use it in Nov 2013 I recommend you purchase from August 2013 depending on your exact date of travel.
