Please advice where is the location/counter at Kansai International Airport to exchange Haruka pass.
At Kyoto station, I need to tranfer to Segano Line and stop Tambaguchi station. Which is the correct platform number for JR Segano line. Do I need to exit first and re-entry again?

Hi there!
Kansai Airport is very small and you can't miss the JR Office, simply follow the signs with railways and you will see the JR Office soon enough. Here you can activate your JR Pass and get tickets for the Haruka at the same time.
The Sagano line departs from platform 32, 33 at Kyoto station. You don't have to go trough any gates to reach this platform when you come from the Haruka Express.
