My family of five will be arriving separately. Is it okay to purchase all five JR passes at the same time, or is it better to purchase separately. Also, do I have enough time to buy then for arrival on Feb 14th?

You can place your order for all five JR Passes here.
We will then send you five separate physical Exchange Order vouchers. Please note that each passenger will need to be present with their voucher when exchanging it for the actual JR Pass in Japan.
We recommend ordering your JR Passes very soon to ensure they arrive before your departure date. You can check estimated delivery times for your location here.
