Hello,
I purchased 7 day JRPass so I can use it on my Japan trip with suppose to take place between 27.03.2020-04.04.2020. Because the Coronavirus outbreak my sport events are postponed until the next match/April. Can I extend my JRPass until the next Year so I can redeem it nextyearspring time? It's just save me a time and hassle to apply for refund for this one and apply for the other one next year?

Hi there,
The JR Pass can only be activated within 3 months after purchase. We would need to issue a new ticket for you for travel next year.

Yes I do have my JR Pass purchased through the JRPass.com.
