Hi, can anybody help.
Will be arriving at Haneda Airport early in the morning, so therefore going to purchase a Metro Pass to get me into Central Tokyo.
Which stations can I exchange my JR Pass at?
Which lines on the metro should I take etc.

Hi there,
I would not buy a metro pass as there is no metro connecting directly to Haneda Airport.
Instead I would suggest taking the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho (the last station) and from there the Yamanote Line to Tokyo station, here is an example route. You can activate the JR Pass there. Here you can find all the other station where you can activate the JR Pass.
