Am I able to have a damaged pass reprinted at a jr ticket office? Mine is ripped and is no longer accepted by the machines.

Hi there,
Yes, but not every JR Office. The best bet is to go back where the pass was issued originally but most major stations can offer this.
You can still travel with the pass to, show it to station staff when you enter and exit and that is all.
