Hi there,
You could basically do so any moment - we just recommend doing it at least a couple ahead of time, so you have plenty of time for delivery.

Which website is authorize seller for JR pass? JR pass website said 30 day prior arriving to Japan?
I also need pocket wifi. Is it better to buy before arrive Japan or when I arrive Japan?
