im going to travel 48 days at Japan can i buy 2 tickets for 21 days for personal use orr there is any restriction?

Hi there!
There's absolutely no limited to the amount of JR Pass that you can buy, however do note that you will have to start using the JR Pass within 90 days after purchase, so buying two 21 day JR pass is perfectly fine.
