day two osaka to hiroshima
day three osaka to universal
day five osaka to kyoto
day 6 kyoto to nara and back
day 7 kyoto to kobe
day 9 kyoto to tokyo
4 days tokyo and then tokyo to narita airport
how many days pass i should buy also osaka/kyoto/tokyo local JR pass will work ?

I believe that purchasing your tickets individually will be the more cost-effective option, but if you feel that a pass is best suited for you then a 14-day JR Pass is your best option.
In terms of local travel, the JR Pass covers the Yamanote Loop line in Tokyo and the Osaka Loop line in Osaka, covering basic metro travel in the two areas. If you desire to make full use of public transport in Osaka, Tokyo etc. I would recommend purchasing a prepaid travel card such as a SUICA or a PASMO.
