I've already placed an order for a Kansai Wide Area Pass and received an email with the order number. I saw a note saying that this is an electronic ticket. May I ask what I should do next to redeem it using the order number? Or will it be mailed to my home address?

Hi there,
This ticket will be delivered in a separate e-mail after purchase, usually within 24 hours on business days.
You can bring this ticket (printed or on your phone) to an exchange office together with your passport to activate the pass.
