I am planning a trip to Japan in July/August 2025, and I wanted to ask a few questions.
1- I plan to purchase a Kansai-Hiroshima pass, and I wanted to confirm that what I will receive by email after purchas at this site will be the exchange order that I need to change for the real ticket at a JR station, is that correct?
2- I wanted to confirm that the Kansai-Hiroshima pass can only be activated in the Kansai-Hiroshima area. Therefore, for example, on a trip from Tokyo to Hiroshima, I will need to purchase a regular ticket from Tokyo to Kyoto or Shin-Osaka, then exchange the voucher for the Kansai-Hiroshima Pass and board another train to travel to Hiroshima using the pass, is that correct?
