Hello Daniel,
I will be catching the late bus (01.05) from Haneda Airport to Ginza Station on Monday April 1.
On arrival (approx. 02.05) at Ginza will there be any taxis at taxi rank for me to catch to get to my Hotel?
Advice on how to proceed from Ginza Station to the Matsui Garden Hotel would be appreciated.

Hi Joe,
Tokyo has one of the highest densities of taxies in the world. I think I read somewhere that there are more taxi's per person in Tokyo than in NYC. So, Yes you won't have any problem finding a taxi.
That said, your hotel is really close to Ginza and Tokyo station. You could walk there in 5-10 minutes after arrival. For instance, using Google Maps would make it an easy trip.
