Pass pick up options/itinerary check

My wife and I have been traveling for about 6 months so it’s diffucult to purchase a pass early and have it mailed to us, but we will arrive in Japan in about 2 weeks. Can you advise which of the following is our best option:

1) Pick up pass in Japan (I read they may have been experimenting with this option, but haven’t been able to confirm it’s possible)?

2) Is there an authorized dealer in House An, Vietnam? We’ll be there for 4 days prior to Japan.

3) Should we have it mailed to our hotel in Tokyo?

Also, based on the following itinerary can you confirm the 21-day pass is our best bet and worth it for us?

3/21-3/24 Tokyo
3/25 Hakone
3/26-3/28 Kyoto
3/29-3/30 Hiroshima
3/31 Onomichi
4/1 Mt Koyasan
4/2-4/4 Osaka/Nara
4/5-4/7 Takayama/Shirakawago
4/7-4/9 T.B.D.
4/10 fly out of Tokyo
