It has been almost a week and I still haven’t received a tracking number for it. No responses when sending emails to the support or using website contact form.

Thank you for your e-mail, I checked, and you should have received a tracking number by now. Please note that due to Eastern Holiday, there was no dispatch service during the last few days.
