I am arriving in Japan on the 4th of October 2017 and leaving on the 28th of October 17.
Will buy a JP Rail Pass for 21days, but I need an extra one.
I am staying in Tokyo for 4N, visiting the city and making trips to Nikko and Kamakura. From Tokyo, I will go to
Kyoto, Nara, Kyo-San, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Okayama and back to Tokyo.
Which other Pass you recommend?

It depends on how much travel you can cover using your 21 day JR Pass. Let me know what remains and I can give you the best option.
