We will be staying in a hotel by Mt Fuji and then traveling on to Kyoto and would like to use our JR pass. I found a bus line near our hotel that will take us to the Mishima station. Does the Shikari line stop at the Mishima station so we can travel on to Kyoto on the Shikari line? If no, do you have any suggestions on how to use our JR pass to get to Kyoto from Mt. Fuji?

Hi there,
Yes, the there is a limited amount of Hikari trains per day that stop at Mishima station. Alternatively, you can use the Kodama from Mishima to Nagoya, then the Hikari to Kyoto.
