My plane arrive at night at 2230hr . Planning to take Haneda Express or Tokyo Monorail to Tokyo Station or Hamamasucho ( which is a better station to stop?). Just like to know the time table for last JR Yamanote train. Plan to stop at Ueno Station, do I have enough time to catch JR Yamanote. How do I get ticket for either Haneda or Tokyo Monorail and JR Yamanote loop line.

Hello there,
Late arrival at Haneda is always tricky, this because the latest train departs around 00:00 hours. You can be trough arrival procedures in about 30 minutes, given that it is not busy. So arrival at 10:30 should not be too much of a problem.

Tickets can be purchased at vending machines at Haneda Airport.
