JR Pass for Days Itinerary Check

Hi,

I will be arriving in Haneda Tokyo and want to travel to Osaka (2 days), then Kyoto (2 days), then back to Tokyo (2 days), and then to Nasu (Yumoto) (2 days) and then back to Tokyo/HND airport. Is the JR Pass worth it?

Also, is it realistic to travel to these cities for only two days? Thanks!!
