We provide Meet and Greet at the Airport and Airport train station. Where we can help you activate the JR Pass. Please note that we do not offer Meet and Greet at Shibuya Station. The best option would be to order and then in the special notes field put your request to meet at the Airport at your desired time, our staff can then help you with your pass and tickets.

You can use the JR Pass to travel to/from Nagoya but there is not JR station near Suzuka, but it is possible with a bit of a walk. We have a full guide here: https://www.jrpass.com/blog/guide-to-visiting-the-suzuka-circuit

As for what JR Pass to use, the only option that covers most of your trip is the nationwide Japan Rail Pass. This would also be your only option if you wish to travel in Green Class, because regional passes do not offer the Green Class option. The pass is especially useful for longer distance travel, for example to Kyoto and Hiroshima.
