Itinerary/which rail pass to get

Hi Daniel,

Our itinerary changed a bit since my last post and I wanted to see if you could advise on which pass we should get given the new itinerary.

Friday 20th September - arrive in Tokyo (Narita). Stay in Tokyo for 1 night.
Saturday 21st September - fly to Sapporo from Haneda, where we will stay until Tuesday 24th. We will do a day trip to Otaru in this time, probably on Monday 23rd September.
Tuesday 24th September - fly back to Tokyo Haneda , and stay in Tokyo until until Friday 27th .
Friday 27th September - travel to Hakone where we will stay for 1 night.
Saturday 28th - Travel to Kyoto where we stay until Wednesday 2nd October. We will do a day trip to Hiroshima/Miyajima Island and a separate half day trip to Himeji in this time.
Wednesday 2nd October - travel to Nara where we will stay for 1 night (staying in Shigisan near Nara).
Thursday 3rd October - travel to Kobe where we will stay for 1 night.
Friday 4th October - travel to Tokyo, staying at Narita airport for a flight early on Saturday morning.
