I’ll be traveling from narita - tokyo 16 nov and then to Mt. Fuji 22 then to Kyoto 24 and 27 to Kyoto. Is JR pass worth it and if not what’s the best option?

What about after Kyoto? Are you going back to Tokyo or going elsewhere?
This would depend on what option is best.
