3 days in Japan

I would like your advise on which JR program for 3 days in Japan.

Arrival in Narita 7am on Tuesday 31 Oct going to hotel in China for 3 inghts and departing from Narita on Friday 03 Nov 2023 at 10 am, two person.

From hotel in China, want to go to Disneyland Tokyo and outlet malls, all done using JR.

Want to find the best and economical rail pass program for two person.
