12-day trip, which JR Pass?

Hey!
I'm visiting Japan in October and I wanted to double check my travel decisions regarding the JR Pass.

JR 7-Day Pass
Day 1: Narita Airport to Osaka
Days 2-3: Osaka (Day trips to Nara and Kobe)
Days 4-6: Kyoto
Day 7: Hakone

Days 8-12: Staying in Tokyo
Days 8+9: Leave Hokone for Tokyo, explore Tokyo for 2 days (using IC card)

Days 10-12 (JR Tokyo Wide Pass)
Day 10: Chuerito Pagoda day trip
Day 11: Yokohama and Kamakura day trip
Day 12: Departure flight in the evening (Narita Airport)

Is this better than purchasing the JR 14-Day Pass?
