Rail Pass Selection Advice

Hello!

My two children and I will be travelling to Japan from January 3rd to January 17th, 2017 (2 weeks).

Our itinerary is as follows:

Osaka (3 days), Kyoto (4 days), Hiroshima, including Miyajima, (3 days), Nara (4 days).

We will be relying solely on train/bus transportation to get us to our main destinations as well as for further exploration of the surrounding areas.

Could you please suggest which Pass would be most beneficial for our adventures?
