Hi, I will be in Japan from 12 May until 21 May, but I saw in the schedule that the Hello Kitty Shinkansen will not be operating during that time. Is there any particular reason why the train almost not operating in May? I am really disappointed since I can't board the train. Thanks

Hi there,
Sorry, I do not have information about the details. It is likely due to maintenance.
Kind regards,
Daniel
