Can we buy the Japan Rail pass when we arrive in Japan? Our Japan accommodation would be in Yokota Airforce Base for few days and we are thinking of sending the exchange order there. If possible how long is the delivery time if we decide to have the exchange order deliver in Yokota AFB?
Also would like to know the cancellation policy of the pass if we end up not going to our Japan trip. thank you in advance

We may be able to accommodate this by mailing the exchange order to an address in Japan - if this interests you please contact our support team at [email protected]. We offer 3-day postage via FedEx to Japan.
We can offer a refund for any unused JR Pass up to 1-year after issue date. Do note that a refund fee may apply, and you have to return the ticket to us. We also offer an any reason cancellation protection, where no fees apply.
