Which JR Pass should I get?

Hi / Next year I am traveling for a month to Japan. I calculated the Cost for each ride and come up with 480 Euro (if I calculated it correctly). I was wondering now if I should not get the JR Pass instead, considering that I dont have to spent time on getting the tickets and being more flexible then or being able to visit one more City.

My itinerary for now:

07/01: Landing Haneda

07/03: Tokyo -> Kamakura -> Toyko

07/04: Tokyo -> Yokohama -> Tokyo

07/09: Tokyo -> Kyoto

07/11: Kyoto -> Arashiyama -> Kyoto

07/16: Kyoto -> Osaka

07/17: Osaka -> Nara -> Osaka

07/22: Osaka -> Hiroshima + Island -> Osaka

07/24: Osaka-> Kanazawa

07/26: Kanazawa -> Tokyo

07/27: Tokyo -> Nikko

Maybe you have better options for me.
