Good evening. Our flight keeps changing and is later than the original time. How late will I be able to exchange my order at the airport when I arrive, pick up my pocket wifi and how late does the meet and greet stay?

It depends on the airport - please do inform us as your earliest convenience once you have your flights confirmed, so we can arrange the right meet and greet attendant waiting for you.

When on the website to order the passes, it says the credit card used must match the name on the pass being ordered but then later in the instructions it says you can buy up to 6 passes for people traveling with the person whose name is on the credit card. If my husband and I are together, can I order his passes with my credit card or do I need to order his passes with his own credit card?
