If coming from Hakata station in Fukuoka going to Tokyo, Shinju ku ku Okubo using JR pass, what station are we going to take? Is there a transfer? Or the trip is straight?

Hi there,
You'll have one transfer at Shin-Osaka going to Tokyo station. From Tokyo station you can use a local train to Shinjuku.
