I would like to know if the validity of a 7days ticket is a 7x24hours ticket or if doesn´t matter the hour of the initial validation...

Hi there!
JR Pass validity is measured in full days rather than hours. This means that if you were to activate it today (15th Oct) at 2pm (for example), the rail pass would expire at 23:59 on the 11th of October.
