We purchased 2 JR 7days pass via internet but was only able to use them from Narita airport to Ikebukuro and from Tokyo to Nagoya. Is there a way we can refund?

Hi there,
Unfortunately no refund is possible once you have used the JR Pass.
A refund can only be issued for JR vouchers not used.
Please contact us at [email protected], if you wish to make use of such as refund.
