Osaka - Tokyo - Kanazawa via Kyoto

Hi there,

Could you please advise if a 7 day rail pass is ideal for the below itinerary:

Arrive Kansai Int'l 14th June
Staying in Osaka for 2 nights ( Sat & Sun)
Departs Monday 16 bound for Tokyo preferably in the afternoon. - (activate rail pass on this day)
Staying in Tokyo for 2 nights (Mon & Tues)
Departs Tokyo Wednesday bound for Kyoto in the afternoon.
Staying in Kyoto for 1 night ( Wed) then departs in the afternoon bound for Kanazawa
Staying in Kanazawa for 2 nights (Thurs & Friday) then leave Kanazawa on Saturday bound for Kanzai airport.
